I’m a certified yoga teacher, teen mentor, and lifelong student of the human experience. For the past decade I’ve explored yoga as both a practice and a philosophy — a path of presence, awareness, and deeper relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
Compassionate presence is one doorway. Through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and self-inquiry, these practices invite us to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the wisdom already living within us.
My work is informed by a background in psychology, youth development, and somatic practice, alongside advanced studies in embodiment, relationships, and personal transformation. Whether I’m guiding a yoga class, a meditation, or a breath-centered session, my intention is the same: to create spaces where people feel grounded, connected, and more fully at home in themselves.
